Emily and Jake wanted to escape.

Tired of city crowds, deadlines, and digital noise, they retreat into the forest for a weekend of camping—just the two of them, surrounded by nature. The towering pines, the stillness of the air, the comforting crackle of a fire—it all feels like exactly what they needed.

But the forest is not as empty as it seems.

It begins with strange sounds at night. Heavy footsteps circling their tent. Trees snapping in the distance. Clawed prints in the soil that weren’t there before. They brush it off at first—animals, maybe. Imagination. But soon, they realize they are being watched.

And then…hunted.

What stalks them is a twisted monstrosity—once a bear, now something else. Its flesh is decayed, its eyes clouded with death, yet it moves with chilling purpose and impossible speed. It isn’t alive. But it isn't dead, either.

Cut off from the outside world and miles from help, Emily and Jake are plunged into a desperate fight for survival against a relentless predator with no mercy, no soul, and no reason to stop.

The forest no longer feels peaceful.
